Hello,
The Samsung Portable SSD T5 elevates data transfer speeds to the next level and unleashes a new experience in external storage If you enjoyed the previous models of Samsung T1 or the T3, then you. The T5 easily plugs into your PC, Mac, smartphone, or gaming console,. for lightning-fast access to memories, entertainment, and more. USB Type-C™ to C and USB Type-C to A cables. are included for effortless convenience, especially when you're on the move. 'Invalid MAC Address, call Samsung support' Have tried the TV reset function but no luck. All our other devices, phones, laptops etc connect without a problem. Our TV is only just over a year old. I have seen posts on other forums about this problem with Samsung TV's. Dec 06, 2018 Same issue, have a 2018 mac mini with macOS 10.15.1 that I've recently connected a Samsung T5 to. It's only used for Time Machine backups. When the mac wakes up it says 'disk not properly ejected'. This is after a longer sleep, a matter of hours. I also have a Samsung X5 SSD connected to the mac, no problems at all with that SSD. I got this T5 SSD to be used with my Macbook Pro as my macbook only has 128gb SSD and i can't store my music library on it or anything of large size. My Macbook Pro 2017 Model is currently on MacOS Catalina. Should i format the new T5 to APFS or MacOS Extended? Im basically going to have the T5.
I recently bought the T5 by samsung, 500Gb in order to use it as an external drive to edit my videos on my laptop, a 15 inch MacBook Pro 2017.
When I connect the SSD drive of Samsung, I can see the folder that pops up with the samsung driver for it. I installed the samsung driver and when it opened it said no samsung portable ssd is connected (the light is going on on the drive btw).
Livetype for mac free download. After checking a bit I saw that this is a problem from the system preferences and I had to take the extra security down so I opened the terminal and now I have the option of 'anywhere' when it comes to opening/installing drives.
After doing this, I uninstalled and re-installed the drive 2-3 times and it's STILL displaying the error saying no ssd portable is detected.
Help please??
thanks!
